Customers who purchase any AiCanada AI Website Builder plan are eligible to receive one (1) month of complimentary web hosting, provided by our parent company, Light Touch Technologies (“LTT”). The hosting package included during the free month corresponds to the tier of the AI Website Builder plan purchased (Starter, Pro, or Business).
Hosting Account Setup
After a customer completes their purchase, AiCanada will contact the customer by email to request the information required to create their hosting account. The customer agrees to provide accurate and timely information so that the hosting service can be activated. Once the required details are received, the hosting account will be created and login credentials will be issued.
Renewal and Billing After the Free Month
At the end of the complimentary one‑month hosting period, the hosting service will automatically renew at the regular monthly rate for the corresponding hosting plan offered by Light Touch Technologies. By accepting the free hosting offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this automatic renewal and the associated charges.
Cancellation Requirements
If the customer does not wish to continue with paid hosting after the free month, it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the hosting service before the end of the complimentary period. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in automatic billing for the next hosting cycle. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred due to failure to cancel on time.
Relationship Between AiCanada and Light Touch Technologies
AiCanada provides AI website generation services, while Light Touch Technologies provides the hosting services included in this offer. By using the complimentary hosting, the customer agrees to comply with Light Touch Technologies’ hosting policies, terms, and acceptable use guidelines.
Light Touch Technologies Web Hosting Plans
Light Touch Technologies, our parent company, provides all web hosting services associated with AiCanada’s AI Website Builder plans. During the free one‑month hosting period, all hosting‑related support, technical assistance, and service inquiries are handled directly by Light Touch Technologies.

The hosting package assigned during the free month is determined by the tier of the AiCanada plan purchased. AiCanada and Light Touch Technologies will handle the full setup process on the customer’s behalf; customers do not create or configure their hosting accounts manually.
At the end of the complimentary hosting period, customers who wish to continue hosting their website must purchase a paid hosting plan directly from Light Touch Technologies. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Light Touch Technologies before the free month ends to arrange ongoing service. Failure to do so may result in service interruption once the complimentary period expires.
